About Magda
Practicing for over 15 years and teaching for over 9 years, my personal journey in yoga has only taught me it's a lifelong practice. I was drawn to it at a young age with the influence of my family and as I got older, I needed to find ways to reduce stress and find acceptance. Little did I realize that that journey lead me to teaching and discovering more capabilities that I thought I never had even as I got older.
This is what I wish to share with you through the practice. Using yoga as tool to find balance in the body, mind, and spirit. If you are here to find strength or stretch for athletics or to find peace in the mind, or balance with stress or maybe all of the above, we can work towards this lifestyle together.
