A Bit About Me
I was drawn to a yoga practice 15 years ago to find relief from stress. It gave me so much more than I could imagine: breath control, confidence, a voice, and awareness. Seeking a deeper connection, I started my journey at Bhakti Barn Yoga for my first 200-hour training. A few years later, I took a 300-hour training with Hudson Yoga Project. Over the years, I've found the most joy in designing classes that combine strength, and stillness, mobility, awareness, and peace. Whether you are here for balance in your physical practice or balance in energies and stress, I hope to share my experience with you and provide you with what you need. I've been teaching since 2013 at different studios in New Jersey. I took several continuing education courses in Yin yoga, back care, and restorative yoga. In my spare time I like to focus on cycling, strength building, somatic stretching, and how to find balance with the yoga practice.
Sattva Yoga (Jersey City)
