Welcome to my on-demand yoga classes, where you can practice at your own pace, wherever and whenever works best for you. I want to offer a variety of classes designed to suit different levels and goals, with five unique sessions rotating regularly to keep your practice fresh and engaging.

My Yin-Yang class combines the deep, restorative stretches of Yin yoga with the energetic flow of Yang, offering a balanced practice that supports both relaxation and strength. If you're seeking a slower, more mindful pace, this class will help you find deep stretches while calming the mind.

The Level 1 class is the perfect choice. It covers foundational postures and alignment, helping you build strength and confidence. blends the fluid movement of Vinyasa with a focus on improving joint mobility and overall flexibility. This class is designed for those who want to challenge themselves while also improving their range of motion and movement patterns. It's suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience looking to deepen their practice.

    Level 1 Focus on Twists and Backbends

    This is a 1-hour class that focuses on fundaments of alignment, engagement of muscles, & body and mind awareness. Even though this is a level 1 class, it can still be challenging! Whether you new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you can always go back to the fundamentals. If you have a blanket or towel, blocks, and a strap, have it near you in class!

    Yin Yang Practice - Spine Focus

    This class is an energizing yet grounding fusion of Yin yoga and Vinyasa movement. Weaving in and out of yin and yang to find the perfect balance of deep release in tension of the joints and connective tissue as well as connecting with breath and movement. Available to all levels, Beginner friendly.
